Some simple math, a few core concepts and a couple of tips and tricks. That’s all it takes to become financially stable. No, seriously. The magic lies in when you get started. Evolve aims to provide kids this very head start. Just like finding the right teacher at the right time.

The endgame? Creating a generation of financially stable youth who focus less on money, and more on what drives them.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Lead Developer to join our growing team who:

• Should be able to develop a custom UI using React.js and other libraries required to build a responsive and efficient UI, as required while building a Progressive Web App (PWA)
• Display qualities of accountability, teamwork and problem-solving ability
• Should be able to look up screens and files designed in Figma and replicate similar views using React.js and relevant skills.
• Has experience managing workflows, and enjoys mentoring junior team members
• Can move fast, design with intent, build carefully and test thoroughly
• Loves to learn: new and old technologies, tried and tested methodologies — and most importantly, from their mistakes
• Is happy to take an active role on hiring, as we add 3-5 engineers to the team over the next year

Qualifications

• Has a Bachelor's degree in any STEM field or equivalent program for a period of 4 years
• Has 2 to 3 years of full-stack experience building webapps with any OO language and modern tech-stack
• Can contribute across the whole stack and is comfortable using multiple programming languages and frameworks, applying the right tool to the job at hand
• Has 2 to 3 years of relevant corporate experience working in an established MNC
